This research is focused on social media, especially Instagram. The practical aim of this research is to explore the impact of Instagram and identify factors which could have an influence on engagement and purchase intention from different perspectives: customers as fashion brands. Also to advice fashion companies on how they could improve their Instagram strategy by developing a new strategic model.
